It is my sad duty to report that America has lost another dedicated and highly decorated Vietnam Veteran. The family of LTC Robert Daniel “Dan” Frazier has requested that The Patriot Guard Riders stand for their Hero and it will be our honor to do so.

LTC Frazier lost his battle with Alzheimer’s disease on 20 July 16. His service was last Saturday in Fayetteville and he will be interred at the Georgia National Cemetery on 26 July 16.

LTC Frazier was born in Georgia, graduated from U of GA, and served 22 years in the US Army with two tours in Vietnam. He was highly decorated, including the Silver Star and two Purple Hearts. He was badly wounded in combat as was documented in a video entitled, “Shootout!: Tet Offensive” that aired on the History Channel.

He also obtained a Master’s Degree from Central Michigan and served as a Master Gardner and Tree Expert.

Staging: Tuesday, 26 July 16 @ 12:15 PM – Georgia National Cemetery PIC for the 1:00 PM Service.
