He was the Chief of the Environmental Program for the Army National Guard in Kansas. This will be an honor line only. There will be no escort. \nStaging: 26 Jul 14\n1000 hrs. (10:00 am) – Stage at St. David’s Episcopal Church\, 3916 SW 17th\, Topeka\, KS.\n1015 hrs. (10:15 am) – Man Honor Line \nThere will not be a Ride Captain for this mission.
