RIDE ITINERARY FOR THURSDAY MORNING FROM THE NORTH

1) Bergen County Harley Davidson, Essex Street, Rochelle Park, NJ KSU = 0600
2) Brookdale Service Area, Garden State Parkway south, mile marker 153 (meet at the south end of the rest area by the gas station) KSU = 0630
3) Iselin Rest Area, Garden State Parkway south, mile marker 132 (meet at the south end of the rest area at the far end of the barriers) Drive through at 650
4) Cheesequake Rest Area, Garden State Parkway south,mile marker 123.6 (meet at the south end of the rest area past the main building) KSU = 0715
5) Monmouth Rest Area, Garden State Parkway south, mile marker 100.5 (meet at the south end of the rest area past the main building) KSU = 0745
6) Forked River Rest Area, Garden State Parkway south, mile marker 74.4 (meet at the south end of the rest area past the main building) KSU = 0815
*Once we leave the Forked River Rest Area we will proceed directly to the Funeral Home with an ETA at the funeral home at about 0900. Any cagers should make sure to have at least a cooler full of water as the weather will be hot.
We ride today to honor LTC Joseph F. Smith, his family, and our own Erik Sithens.

Our Ride Captain, Erik Sithens, has requested our presence at the services for his uncle, Lt. Col. Joseph F. Smith – USA/USAAC/USAFR (RET). Retired from USAF Reserve 23 years later with the rank of Lt. Col. During WWII he was an instructor for navigation & the Norden Bombsight.
