ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of SGT Lowell M. Lyons has asked the Patriot Guard Riders to help pay tribute to their hero and it will be our honor to do so. We will stand a Silent flagline at the graveside service. SGT Lyons served our country in the US Army during the Vietnam War as a sniper. His medals and commendations include: Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal and several others. On a personal note: SGT Lyons was a friend of Jim Quick of the ALR and who also rode frequently with the PGR on our missions to honor fallen American heroes.
