The family of Lowell D. Fisher, United States Army, Korean War Veteran, has requested our presence at the final services of their loved one.
Lowell endured 37 months as a prisoner of war in Korea, and we will be honored to stand for him.
This mission will consist of a flag line at the Baber-Agee United Methodist Church (UMC), 6488 Rocky Fork Rd, Charleston, WV, with a subsequent escort to the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veteran’s Cemetery in Institute, WV. (Note: the church is about halfway between Cross Lanes and the Sissonville High School on Rocky Fork Rd., and is easy to find from either direction.)
Staging time: 0930, mission brief at 0950, flag line in place by 1000.
