ABOUT THE MISSION:

MSG. Louis Lyle Lafoe, October 7, 1933-June 27, 2019. Retired from the United States Army. He proudly served during the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War. He and his wife moved to Leesville in 1962 and owned several businesses in Leesville over the years, to include the Wampus Cat and Buddy’s which they opened in 1970. They also owned a gas station, Rent-all business, LLL Construction, Clyde and Lou’s Package, and Hazel’s Lounge.
