ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor their hero, MSG Loren Trewyn, Retired, who passed away on May 3, 2019. He was born August 11, 1961 in Batesville. He retired from the Arkansas National Guard, having served in Operation Southern Watch; Operation Noble Eagle and Operation Iraqi Freedom. His awards are: Army Achievement Medal; Global War on Terrorism Service Medal; Army Reserve Components Medal National Defence Medal; Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal; Armed Forces Reserve Medal; Army Service Ribbon; Army Reserve Components Overseas Training Ribbon and Multinational Force and Observers Medal. He also retired from the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department and Automotive Technician. He was a member of the Sidney Volunteer Fire Department for 42 years, Curia Masonic Lodge #144 in Cave City and the Sidney Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his wife, one son, one daughter, his mother, one brother, one sister and four grandchildren.
