ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of CPT Herman Jr has invited the Patriot Guard Riders, to stand a flag line at their loved ones final resting place. CPT Herman served in the USAF as an Avionics Officer during the Korean War. Upon retirement from the USAF received an honorable discharge. Awards and Medals: National Defense Service Medal, Air Force Longevity Award, Air Force outstanding Unit Award, Republic of Korea Presidential Unit Citation, Armed Forces Reserve Medal, United Nations Service Medal, Korean Service Award and Air Medal. This hero served our great nation and us above and beyond the call of duty. Please bring your 3×5 American flags and stand in honor for this American hero. Remember Red Shirt Friday, show your support and wear red shirts.

May family and friends find strength in acknowledgement that Lloyd Herman Jr having served this nation honorably, was willing to sacrifice all that another might taste or maintain liberty and stood courageously where few dared tread and for such dedication to nation, duty, and service rendered, is so remembered and honored among patriots.
