Lloyd was born as a “Fire Prevention Baby” on October 8th\, 1961 in Bartlesville\, OK. He was a graduate of Dewey High School Class of 1979 and joined the U.S. Army as an M1 Armor Crewmen on August 10th 1979. His military service was one of the proudest achievements of his full life\, and he received many awards and decorations to include the Gold US Army Recruiter Badge\, four Army Commendation Medals and five Army Achievement Medals. He would later retire from the US Army with his devoted spouse in Ramona\, OK.
