Mr. Cleveland was born on June 16, 1960 and passed away on June 9, 2016.
He joined the United States Air Force in October 1979 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and served until March 1983.
He was living in Bossier City, Louisiana at the time of his death.
According to the Coroners Office and the Veterans Cemetery there are no relatives that will be attending his service.
