ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Linden A. Foster, 78, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to stand in honor of his service to our country.
Mr. Foster was born 6 July 1941 and passed 19 July 2019.
Mr. Foster enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in April of 1961 until April 1965 and was trained on radar equipment. Mr. Foster was stationed at Keesler Air Force Base and the 698th Radar Squadron, Thomasville Air Station. Mr. Foster was on active duty during the Cuban Missile Crisis of October 1962, where Airman Foster and others were known as “Scope Dopes” watching the skies between the mainland USA and Cuba.
He enjoyed woodworking and building, hunting, golfing, bowling and playing cards, especially Euchre, but his most treasured times were those spent with his family. Mr. and Mrs. Foster had four children, eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren
