ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of MS1 Lester W. Burton Jr. has asked the Patriot Guard to stand in his honor and to escort him to Barrancas National Cemetery for Honors. MS1 Burton, 82 years of age, honorably served United States Navy for 20 years, 6 months, and 3 days and was transferred to the Fleet Reserve on 26 Feb. Services will be conducted at Joe Morris Funeral Home, 701 N De Villiers St, Pensacola Fl. Honors will follow at 1:00 PM. LEO escort will be provided.

Special Instructions:

Naval Air Station requires that you ride with long sleeve shirts, long trousers, long fingered gloves, DOT approved helmets, leather foot wear covering the ankles and appropriate eye protection. This attire will be maintained at all times while riding aboard the base.
11:30 AM – Safety briefing all riders
11:45 AM – KSU to Joe Morris Funeral Home, 701 N De Villiers St, Pensacola Fl.
12:30 PM – KSU escort to Barrancas Nation Cemetery
1:00 PM – Honors at Barrancas National Cemetery, Site – A

If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.
