Jr.  He was born 22 August\, 1921 in Bunkie\, LA. Leroy enlisted in the US Army in November\, 1945 serving 3 years until December 1948. The Private served one year in the European Theater of Operation from April 1946 to April 1947 earning the WW-11 Victory Medal and Army Occupation Medal. then returned to complete his service in the United States. Private Goins completed his service with the 367th Truck Company\, Ft.
