DESCRIPTION:Honor Mission\nLeo Leblanc\, Veteran\nUSN – WWII\nSpringfield\, Missouri – 08-27-19\n\n\n\n\nABOUT THE MISSION: \nThe family of USN\, Quartermaster 3rd Class\, Leo Leblanc\, age 92\, has honored the Patriot Guard Riders with a request to provide an escort from the Greenlawn South Funeral Home to the Missouri Veterans Cemetery and stand a flag line at his committal service where full military honors will be rendered. Hero Leblanc enlisted in the United States Navy in April 1944 and proudly and honorably served our country in active duty as a Quartermaster 3rd Class 2nd until October 1947. He served during WW II in the Asiatic Pacific – American\, and the European African Middle East Areas.  He was awarded the WW II Victory Medal.  His ship assignments included the USS Princeton\, SS Winchester\, USS Collingsworth\, and the USS Whetstone.\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 08-27-19 \nStaging Time: 10:45 am\n \nGreenlawn South Funeral Home\n441 W.
