Our great State of Tennessee and the people of Union City, have lost another Veteran Hero, Leo Conrad “Guy” Forrest, 49, passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2016.
He served his country in the U.S. Army with the 82nd Airborne Division. His step-daughter, Dana Bell, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to Honor Mr. Forrest and the family.

VISITATION: There will be no flag line at visitation
FUNERAL SERVICE: 2:00 PM September 17, 2016
STAGING: 1:00 PM , PGR will provide an Honor Flag line, at:

INTERMENT: Follows immediately after the memorial service, PGR will escort and provide an Honor Flag line during the Military Honors at:
Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery

3. If you don’t own or ride a motorcycle, automobiles are always welcome on all missions… You don’t have to be a Veteran to stand on the flag line, honoring a Veteran or First Responder (Police, Fire or EMS) Killed in the line of duty.
