ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Family of Leo Hoard has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to stand in honor of his service to our Country. Leo was very active in our Community having over 35 years at the Branch County Road Commission, retiring as Manager. Leo was an avid outdoorsman; he enjoyed hunting, fishing and working in the yard. He proudly served in the US Army in the Korean War.
