Master Sergeant Lee R. Cupps, age 89, of Texarkana, Texas, marched home on Sunday, May 3, 2020. Lee Cupps was born June 2, 1930, in Santa Anna, Texas. He retired from the U.S. Army after twenty years of service including serving in the Korean War. He also spent thirty years as an independent insurance adjuster. Obituary
