The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested by family to participate in the funeral services of Lance Corporal Blake David Creel, active duty United States Marine Corps.

Lance Corporal Creel was a two year veteran of the USMC with one deployment. Lance Corporal Creel was twenty one years old.

Services will be Monday, May 30, 2016 at Thomasville Road Baptist Church, Tallahassee, FL.

Visitation will be from 10-11 am. With the services at 11 am.

Stage: 9:00 am – Monday May 30, 2016 at the Northwood Center on North Monroe Street (Behind Hooters, 2000 N Monroe St.)

Kickstands up at 9:20 am. We will travel to: Thomasville Road Baptist Church, 3131 Thomasville Road, Tallahassee, FL 32308

We will stand a flag line in honor of Lance Corporal Creel and then escort he and his family to Campground Cemetery, Mount Zion Baptist Church (intersection of Adel Highway (Ga 76) and Camping Ground Road in Morven Ga.

Flags will be provided.

We will escort to the Georgia line. If you wish to continue the escort with our brothers, please feel free to do so. Remember the helmet law in GA. Escort is approximately 70 miles so check your fuel. Dress appropriately for hot weather.

Lance Corporal Blake David Creel, 20, of Tallahassee died Thursday May 19, 2016 as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident in Twenty-nine Palms, California. Blake was born on November 5, 1995 in Orlando Florida to Clint and Wendy Creel. He graduated from Tallahassee’s Leon High School in 2014. Blake proudly served his country with the 3rd Battalion, 7th Marines.

He is a member of the Black Sabbath Motorcycle Club, a non-profit organization whose priorities are God, family, job, tolerance and love. Blake is known by his fellow Marines as Shellshock Creel. His favorite Bible verses were John 16:16-24.

He is survived by his parents Clint and Wendy (Price) Creel; his brother, who is deploying to Paris Island, South Carolina in June and his sister who is a member of MC JROTC at Leon High School.

Blake will be honored with a Military Funeral at Thomasville Road Baptist Church – 3131 Thomasville Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32308 on Monday May 30, 2016 at 11 am with the visitation to begin at 10 am . He will be buried with Full Military Honors in alongside his family at Mt. Zion Campground Cemetery in Morven Georgia following the service. The family invites all military personnel and friends to celebrate Blake’s life.
