ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Lawyer Clinkscales, United States Army Veteran, has invited the North Texas Patriot Guard Riders to stand tall and silent at his Funeral Service, accompany him and his family to the cemetery following the Service, and stand again at his Interment Service. Lawyer Clinkscales was born on January 23, 1926 in Anderson, South Carolina and passed away on June 8, 2019 in Cedar Hill, Texas. Mr. Clinkscales served from 1944 until 1957 and attained the rank of Sergeant.

Escort 4-mile trip to cemetery: 12:00 pm.
When the Service begins, flags will be returned to the Support vehicle and Riders not riding in the procession will move to the cemetery for Part 2 of the mission. Procession Riders will receive the safety briefing and prepare for Escort.

After the mission briefing, Riders will move to the Interment site to set the flags and prepare for the arrival of Mr. Clinkscales and the procession. We’ll then stand tall and silent at his Committal Service. At the conclusion of the Service, flags will be returned to the Support vehicle and the Riders will be debriefed and dismissed.
