Bowser who went to be with the Lord. It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of an American Hero. Lawrence E. Bowser died on October 27th\, 2016. \nLarry was a U.S. Marine and served in Vietnam.  The McCullough Funeral Home in Westover\, WV\, are handling funeral arrangements\, with interment on 31 October 2016 at the Beverly Hills Cemetery\, Morgantown\, WV. His family has requested that the PGR join them in honoring their loved one at his funeral service and burial. \nFuneral services will be held on Monday\, 31 October 2016\, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at: \nKingdom Evangelical Methodist Church\n540 Fairmont Road\nWestover\, WV 26501 (304)-291-3458 \nBurial will be held immediately following the service\, on 31 October 2016\, at\nBeverly Hills Cemetery\n1290 Fairmont Road\nWestover\, WV 26501. \nSTAGING Will be at:\nMcDonalds\n19 Commerce Dr\nMorgantown\, WV 26501\n(http://tinyurl.com/ju3ojdf). \nDirections: From North or South on Interstate 79\, get off at exit 152. Staging area is approximately one mile from the funeral home. \nStaging time will be NO LATER THAN 0915. \nKSU at 0930. \nFlag Line will be in place by 1000 and will be maintained until the start of services. \nThis escort will travel on hardtop roads. The distance from the funeral home to the cemetery is about four miles. \nPlease bring your 3×5 flags if you have them. \nWeather forecast for Morgantown is calling for temperatures at 47’s on Monday with a 5% chance of showers and temperatures in the upper 60’s.
