He proudly served his country in the US Army from 1968 to 1971. Larry’s training included Tactical Microwave Repairman 28 weeks in 1968\, Digital Terminal Equipment Repairman 19 weeks in 1969\,. His final Military Occupational Specialty was as an Automated Data Processing Systems Repairman. His high level of electronic training put his service to the US Army Pacific Command which stretched from Alaska to the Asia-Pacific region including Hawaii and Japan in much demand. He served 1 year and 7 months overseas. He was a E-5 Spec5 upon his release from active duty.
