ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of SGT Larry Robinson has asked the North Texas Patriot Guard Riders to honor his service to our country by riding in the procession and then standing a flag line for his Interment Service at DFW National Cemetery. Larry Robinson, 72, passed away June 9, 2019. Larry Patrick Robinson was born March 12, 1947 in Merriam, Kansas to Lloyd and Edna Mae Robinson. He loved watching John Wayne movies. He enjoyed cutting wood for others and as a hobby. Larry is survived by his wife, 3 sons, 1 daughter, several Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, and 2 sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Gary, and previous wife, Becky.

Riders in the procession will stage at the Wiley Funeral Home, be given a safety briefing and then they will make ready to depart to DFW National Cemetery.

If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.

Riders that do not ride in the procession will stage at the Visitor’s Center of DFW National Cemetery. After the mission briefing, Honor Bikes will be selected if needed, and they will move to the appropriate staging lane. Remaining riders will proceed to the assigned shelter, set the flags and await the arrival of SGT Larry Robinson family and friends. After the service, flags will be returned to the storage locker and riders will be debriefed and dismissed.
