Larry Erving Gilliland, Veteran

ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of PFC Larry Erving Gilliland requests the Patriot Guard Riders to stand a flag line as they pay their final respects. PFC Gilliland served his country honorably in the U.S. Army for 2 years, during that time he was attached to the 5th Army, 2nd Battalion, 130th Artillery, Battery B, and did a one year tour in Vietnam.  PFC Gilliland was also an active member of American Legion Post 137, Jacksonville, FL. His awards include; National Defense Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Service Medal w/ 2 Bronze Stars, and Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal.

Special Instructions:

COVID-19 precautions will be observed per PGR State guidelines, including the mandatory donning of face masks (covering both mouth & nose) during the mission. Social distancing of 6 feet, 20 feet from the family and the use of hand sanitizer

Flags will be provided
Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
