Larkin David Barber , Veteran

We will participate in the service by standing a flag line for the interment. We have been requested to escort 1st Sgt. Larkin Barber to his final resting place. 1st. Sgt Barber passed away at the age of 82. He Served in the United States Army and the Alabama Army National Guard . 1st. Sgt. Barber was awarded the following awards: National Defense, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal. We will be honored to escort 1st. Sgt. Barber  to Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
           1st Sgt. Barber stood for us many hard days and nights so that we might be safe and free-Now it is our honor to stand for him.
