ABOUT THE MISSION:
Lacy Chimney was known to many as a warrior, fighter for justice, community leader, educator par excellence and a man of great family values. Mr. Chimney served his country for 2 years in the United States Army. He spent 1 year 4 months in Korea in an Artillery Battery. He was awarded the National Defense Medal, the Korean Service Medal and the United Nations Medal.
