This ceremony is hosted and will be presented by The Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs and the Republic of South Korea.\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 09-20-19 \nStaging Time: 09:30 AM\n \nBoone National Guard Center Wellman Armory\n100 Minuteman Parkway\nFrankfort\, Kentucky 40601\n\n\nRide Captain: \nKelli Oakley\n859-433-6495\nkellioakley@yahoo.com\n\n\nSpecial Instructions: \nStake flags at 9:30am.\nFamilies and Friends arrive 10:30am.\nCeremony begins at 11am.\nImportant Note: Please let Kelli Oakley know by phone or email if you plan on attending\, if possible\, so that she can add you to the list at the gate so the process of entering will be easier to go through.
