The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to stand in silent Honor and Respect for Kevin Lee Welch, 48, U.S. Army Veteran for his final services on Saturday, 15 Oct 16. Kevin went to be in the Lord’s Army on 10 Oct 16.
Services will held at Cunningham, Parker & Johnson Funeral Home, 1325 W. Washington St., Charleston, WV (http://tinyurl.com/zr44wgm) beginning at 1100.
Ride Captain Dave Shaffer (pdshaffer327@yahoo.com) is the designated Ride Captain in Charge of this most Honorable mission.
Staging will be at the funeral home at 0930.
Mission brief at 0945 with the flag line in place NLT 1000 and maintained until the start of services.
At the conclusion of services, our flag line will be set for Kevin’s dignified transfer to the hearse.
Escort will be provided to Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens, E. Dupont Ave., Glasgow, WV (http://tinyurl.com/jltpksd) a distance of approximately 20 miles.
Weather forecast is for partly cloudy skies, temperatures in the mid-70’s and an 80% chance of sunshine. Please dress and travel accordingly.
