ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family and loved ones of hero Kerry Lyle Banks of Fordland, MO has honored the Patriot Guard Riders with a request for a Final Salute at the Walnut Lawn Funeral Home, an escort and a flag line at the Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery (MVC), Springfield. Hero Banks proudly and honorably served in the US Navy as a construction apprentice (CA) in the Seabees.Hero Banks was a man of many traits and talents. After his short time in the Navy he became a truck driver, a residential roofer, an electrician and an insurance salesman. He enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, boating and teaching others his skills. Hero Banks is survived by his wife of 25 years, Joanne and two children, his mother and two siblings.
