Ken was awarded the Air Force Good Conduct Medal and the Air Force Longevity Service Award. After his discharge Ken continued to serve his country and our veterans as a nurse at the Portland\, Oregon VA Center for 12 years\, and for the last 20 years he served our veterans as a nurse at the Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System in Prescot\, Arizona. Ken recently unexpectedly passed away at the age of 64.\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 08-17-19 \nStaging Time: 2:00 p.m.  \nPrescott VA\, “The Gazebo” (next to Building 154\, the Library)\n500 N.
