DESCRIPTION:Kenneth Orval Thompson\, Ph.D\, 98\nUS Army Air Force WWII\nUS Air Force Veteran\nHuntsville\, AL\n\n\n\n \n\nAmerica and Alabama has lost another Hero.\n\n\nThe family of Kenneth Thompson has asked the Patriot Guard to honor their loved one by standing a flag line at his visitation and escorting him to his final resting place. \n\nWe will be Honored to do so.\nMr. Thompson stood for us…Now is the time to stand for Him.\n\n\nMr. Thompson (98) was in the U.S. Army Air Corps in WWII\, and was the recipient of many awards\, including the Silver Star\, Distinguished Flying Cross\, and two Purple Hearts.
