ABOUT THE MISSION:

Mr. Kenneth L. Looper proudly served in the US Air Force on dDuty assignments that were classified, then served in the Arkansas Air National Guard, serving from 1 July 1975 to 31 December 1995. He honorably retired at the rank of MSgt. His Awards include: Air Force Commendation Medal, Air Force Longevity Service Award w/5 Devices, Combat Readiness Medal W/1 Devise, Air Force Good Conduct Medal, Air Reserve Meritorious Service Medal W/5 Devises, Air Force Reserve Medal W/ 1 Device, Air Force Training Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, Small Arms Expert, Marksmanship Ribbon.

Escort To: Oma Cemetery, ( about 13 Mile) Off of Airport Rd. Left-on Pearcy Rd. To Amity Rd. Left. To cemetery.
Flag line: For Grave Side Service along with Full Military Honors Requested and PGR Presentation.
