Details Of Part 1

Riders will stage at the Southside Baptist Church, 1115 S. Brazos St. Weatherford, Texas, at 1130, on July 25, 2016. After the briefing at 1145, we will stand tall and silent in the flag line as family and friends arrive. Once the service begins, we will pull the flag line, return them to the flag truck, and prepare for the procession to the cemetery. A riders safety brief will be held at this time. Those riders not going in the procession and those who are going to the interment only, please see part two of the itinerary.

Details Of Part 2:
Those riders attending the interment only will stage at Willow Pond Cemetery, 401 FM 2256, Mineral Wells, Texas, 76067 at 1315 hrs. on July 25, 2016. Riders will set the flag line and wait for the procession to arrive. All times are estimated depending on length of the service and traffic. The url to the cemetery seems to not be accurate. The cemetery is next to The Countryside Baptist Church on FM 2256. At the RCs discretion we will pull the flag line, return them to the flag truck, be debriefed and dismissed.
