ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Chief Kenneth Andrew Collins has asked the Patriot Guard Riders to stand for their fallen hero and we are honored to do so. Chief Collins served 28 years with the U.S. Navy as a radioman. Chief Collins is survived by a wife of 57 years and four daughters.
