George in Oklahoma City\,OK.\n\nTransfer will be from Will Rogers World Airport to Hahn-Cook\, Street & Draper Funeral Home\,6600 N. Broadway Extension\,Oklahoma City OK.\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 05-31-19 \nStaging Time: 2:45 pm  \nQuality Inn Airport\n6300 terminal Drive\nOklahoma City\, Oklahoma\n\n\nRide Captain: \nRCIC: Jeff ” Poppa bear” Huff\njeff.huff1997@gmail.com\n405-714-0969\n\n\nSpecial Instructions: \n*Address Note For Quality Inn: The hotel sits between Air Cargo Rd. & Terminal Dr. Incoming riders should come south on Air Cargo Rd. The hotel is on the west side of the road. We’ll park on the west side of the hotel & brief there.\n\nMandatory briefing: 3 p.m.\nRiders wishing to accompany the coach and the family to the Funeral Home MUST attend the briefing.\nAfter the briefing We’ll mount up and ride the short distance to the Air Cargo Facility to meet the coach\, Military Honor Guard\,Family\,And LEO.\n\nFlag Line: A Flag Line will be formed at the gate thru witch Family\, coach\, Military Honor Guard will enter the tarmac to meet the plane. Flag Line will remain in place until they return.\n\nAs the Family\, Honor Guard and coach returns from the airplane\, riders will mount for escort to the Funeral Home where a Respect Line will be formed as SPC George is transferred by the Honor Guard from the coach to the interior of the Funeral Home.
