Riders will stage at the funeral home to be briefed about our hero and the mission. We will then stand our flag line as friends and family arrive. The visitation will be from 4:00 until 7:00, however PGR will only be standing until 5:00 or so. Riders are not expected to stand for more than 15 minutes or so at a time without taking a break. Riders are welcome to come and go to pay their respects at any time during the visitation.Riders must have face covering/mask available for locations where they are required or when social distancing (6’) is not possible. We do not want family or guests uncomfortable by our presence.

Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.

Riders will stage at the funeral home to be briefed about our hero and the mission and to stand tall and silent as family and friends arrive for the funeral service. After the service begins, flags will be returned to the support vehicle. Riders will then be debriefed and dismissed.Riders must have face covering/mask available for locations where they are required or when social distancing (6’) is not possible. We do not want family or guests uncomfortable by our presence.

Riders will stage at the funeral home to be briefed about the mission and then receive a safety briefing. Honor bikes will be selected, and all riders staged for the procession to DFW National Cemetery.Upon arrival at the DFW Information Center, honor bikes will turn into the staging lanes with the family and our hero, while the remaining riders will proceed to the designated shelter to help set the flags and await the arrival of the on-site procession.Riders must have face covering/mask available for locations where they are required or when social distancing (6’) is not possible. Riders not participating in the procession may stage at the DFW Information Center to be briefed, help set flags at the assigned committal shelter and await the arrival of the family and friends. Once the service has concluded, and when directed, flags will be carried to the storage locker at the rear of the shelter to be furled and put away. Riders will then be debriefed and dismissed.Riders must have face covering/mask available for locations where they are required or when social distancing (6’) is not possible. We do not want family or guests uncomfortable by our presence.
