The family of Justin K. Brickey has requested the Patriot Guard Riders stand a flag line and escort their loved one to his final resting place at Leavenworth National (VA) Cemetery on 12 July 2016.
SGT Brickey spent eight years in the United States Army during which time he spent two tours in Iraq and earned the Iraq Campaign Medal with 2 campaign stars, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Combat Infantry Badge, Expert Rifleman Badge, Infantryman Badge, and United States Army Basic Recruiter Badge – Silver.
The flag line will be in place for the visitation and service at Chapel Hill – Butler Funeral Home, 701 N. 94th Street., Kansas City, Kansas.
We will escort SGT Brickey to Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, Kansas where Military Honors will be rendered.
Staging: Tuesday, 12 July 16
0845 hrs. (8:45 am) – Stage at Chapel Hill – Butler Funeral Home
0900 hrs. (9:00 am) – Set Flags
0915 hrs. (9:15 am) – Man Flag Line
