ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of CDR Joyce Vickers has requested the Patriot Guard Riders’ presence as they show their final respects to their loved one. CDR Joyce Vickers faithfully served her country in the U.S. Navy. Please bring your 3 X 5 American flags and stand in honor and respect for our U.S. sailor and her family.
