ABOUT THE MISSION:
Petty Officer 3rd Class (PO3) Joseph Warren Richardson honorably served in the US Navy for approximately 4 years from June 27, 1961 to June 21, 1965. He was a Vietnam Era Veteran serving as an Electronics Mate 3rd Class aboard the aircraft carrier USS Forrestal, CVA – 59.

Prior to the riders briefing, four honor bikes will be selected to accompany the family vehicle to Committal Shelter A or D. After the riders briefing, the PGR will stand the flag line at the designated shelter where we will “Stand Tall and Silent”. Upon conclusion of the Inurnment Service, the flags will be furled and returned to storage or the support vehicle followed by rider debrief and dismissal.
