Special Instructions:
Briefing Time: 11:30 AM
In Position/KSU Time: 11:45 AM
Starting Time: 12:00 PM
We will arrive and put up the static flags before the arrival of the family. There is a visitation before the memorial service, so we will be standing a flag line outside the Worship Center (the building in back). I realize that this is an hour, but no one will be asked or expected to stand that whole time, as many breaks as you might need to take will be allowed. We have been asked to fold and present the flags, and the plan at this time is to present the flag before the service. After the presentation, we will remove the static flags, return them to the support vehicles, have a short debrief and then be dismissed.
