ABOUT THE MISSION:

I regret to announce that we have lost another Veteran, ADR1 Joseph R. Ellis. The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Machinist Mate Ellis, United States Navy, to stand in his honor and escort him to Barrancas National Cemetery. Machinist Mate Ellis honorably served in the United States Navy over 19 years and departed this earth at age 82. E6 Ellis received four Good Conduct Awards.
Service will be held at Sixth Avenue Baptist Church, 1120 North 6th Avenue, Pensacola, Florida 32503
Honors will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery.

Special Instructions:

Naval Air Station requires long sleeve shirts, long trousers, long-fingered gloves, DOT Approved helmets, leather footwear covering the ankles and appropriate eye protection. This attire will always be maintained while riding aboard the base.
12:30 PM – Safety briefing for all riders
12:45 PM – KSU to Sixth Avenue Baptist Church
1:00 PM  – Arrival at Sixth Avenue Baptist Church
1:30 PM  – KSU to BNC w/LEO
2:00 PM – Escort to Barrancas National Cemetery, Site A
Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided.
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.
