DESCRIPTION:The family of Joseph Lee Owen has asked the Patriot Guard Riders and the  American Legion Riders to assist with his visitation\, funeral service\, escort and grave side service. \nJoseph was a U.S. Army Veteran serving  in Germany from 1980 to 1983.\n\nFuneral  Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday\, August 12\, 2016 at the V.A.  Protestant Chapel. \nBurial will be in Danville National Cemetery with  Military Honors by American Legion Post 210. \nVisitation will be from  9:30 to 10:30 Friday at the V.A. Protestant Chapel with Patriot Guard  Honors. \nStaging: 0830 hrs (8:30am ) At the V.A.
