ABOUT THE MISSION:
We have been asked to participate in Mr. Johnson’s service by standing a flag-line for the interment. Mr. Johnson passed away at the age of 95. He Served in the United States Army and served in World War II. He was a veteran of 4 battles, Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland Central Europe, and Germany. Mr. Johnson served with General Patton’s Third Army and while overseas he worked in the CIA transporting inmates and was Honorably Discharged. No awards are known at this time. There will be a silent flag ling at Johnson Cemetery in Goodway AL.
