DESCRIPTION:Joseph John Besmer\, 63\, U.S. Army\, World War II veteran passed away on December 4\, 1990 and was buried in Brodheadsville\, PA.  His wife\, Constance\, relocated to Tennessee and upon her death in March 2016 was buried at Pisgah Cemetery\, Dresden\, TN.  Their son will have his father re-interred beside his mother and has asked the Patriot Guard to stand for him during the re-interment ceremony.  It will be our honor to do so.  This will be a graveside service only. \n(Please read ‘Notes’ below) \nSTAGING:  12:30 PM\, PGR will provide an Honor Flag line\, at:\nPisgah Cemetery\nHwy 118\, Dresden\, TN (Approximately 6 miles north of Dresden on Hwy 118) \nFUNERAL SERVICE and Interment:  1 PM (same location) \nRCIC:  Jim Phelps\, 731-514-0733 \nWEATHER:  Mon 22 AUG\, 81°\, PRECIP 10%\, WIND NE AT 5 MPH \nNotes:\n1.       In accordance with PGR National guidance:  Members and Leadership;  Once the Honor Mission has begun\, no pictures or no videos should be taken.\n2.       Treat other PGR members with the same dignity and respect you would expect for yourself.\n3.        If you don’t own or ride a motorcycle\, automobiles are always welcome on all missions… You don’t have to be a Veteran to stand on the flag line\, honoring a Veteran or First Responder (Police\, Fire or EMS) Killed in the line of duty.
