Joseph “Joe” Henry Doutre Jr., joined the US Navy on February 15, 1955.  He spent 16 years at sea in the Atlantic assigned to destroyers as a machinist repairman.  Try as he may to be assigned to the west coast, it only happened when he retired in San Jose, California after 20 years.

KSU: 10:30 AM, the Patriot Guard will move from the staging location to the service and establish a flag-line at the direction of the Ride Captain.

Flags will be provided
Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
