ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to stand a flag-line for SFC Joseph Fadely. SFC Joseph Fadely served in the Utah National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve. SFC Joseph Fadely served during Desert Storm as a Single Channel Radio Operator. He was Airborne, and a parachutist. He then became a Combat Medic and 3 years ago was selected as a Combat Medic Instructor. He was currently the Senior Combat Medic and Army Reserve Administrator for the Medical Division at the time of his death. This will be a veteran’s format. The service will be at the LDS Church on 1120 N 150 W in American Fork at 02:00 PM on Friday, October 04, 2019. We will stand a flag-line at the mortuary and then escort SFC Joseph Fadely to his final resting place in the American Fork Cemetery on 26 W 600 N in American Fork, where we will stand another flag-line.
