ABOUT THE MISSION:

SP5 (T) Joseph Baker Rinehart entered the US Army on October 14, 1966 and was Honorably discharged on October 4, 1968. He served as a Track Mechanic on tanks and other tracked vehicles. He was a Vietnam Veteran and was awarded the Purple Heart Medal; National Defense Service Medal; Vietnam Campaign Medal; Vietnam Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal, 1st award.

Prior to the riders briefing at the Visitor Center, four honor bikes will be selected to accompany the family vehicle to committal Shelter C. After the riders briefing, the PGR will stand the flag line at the designated shelter, where we will “Stand Tall and Silent” in honor of SP5 (T) Rinehart. Upon conclusion of the Inurnment Service, the flags will be furled and returned to storage, followed by rider debrief and dismissal.

Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
