ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Mr. Jose E. Rios, a US Army veteran, requests the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders.  Mr. Rios was born in Kingsville, Texas on February 20, 1949. He went to be with the Lord on May 25, 2019 at the age of 70. Mr. Rios served his country in the United States Army. Mr. Rios received 3 Bronze Stars while serving in Vietnam. He was also an active member of the Patriot Guard Riders and the American Legion Riders.
