Sergeant Jordan Hyde served in the US Army from 1966 to 1969 and was a Special Forces Green Beret. Sergeant Hyde received the National Defense Service Medal\, Vietnam Service Medal\, Vietnam Campaign Medal\, Overseas Service Medal with 2 stars\, Expert M16 Badge and the Parachute Badge. After his active service\, he worked in construction as a carpenter. Sergeant Hyde enjoyed fishing and was an avid fly fisherman. Sergeant Hyde had 4 children and 15 grandchildren and would have been married 49 years last week.
