ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of MSgt Johnny Eugene Turner, U S Air Force, retired, has asked the Patriot Guard to stand in honor of their fallen Hero. MSgt Johnny Eugene Turner began his military career June 28, 1976 and completed his service May 30, 1992. MSgt Turner was a Munitions Systems Specialist and Imagery Interpreter. His last duty station was Minot AFB, North Dakota. He received the following medals and ribbons: Meritorious Service Award, AF Commendation Medal, AF Outstanding Unit Award, Valor Device w/olc, Good Conduct Medal w/4olc, National Defense Service Medal w/Bronze star, AF Overseas Short Tour Ribbon w/olc, AF Overseas Long Tour Ribbon w/olc, NCO Professional Graduate Ribbon, Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon.
