Johnny E. Morrison served honorably in the United States Army for two years, one year of which was in Vietnam. During his service, he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal; the Vietnam Service Medal w/2 Bronze Service Clusters; the Republic of Vietnam Combat Medal w/60 devices; the Army Commendation Medal; and the Good Conduct Medal.
